Technical Project Manager
As a Technical Project Manager on contract via Creative Circe for six months, I led a successful company rebranding project from RStudio to Posit. Stepping in to support the Marketing Operations Lead during a crucial transition at RStudio, I managed the rebranding and website launch while the Lead was away on their honeymoon. This challenging yet rewarding experience demanded swift decision-making to oversee external vendors for WordPress site development and uphold our SEO efforts.
In my position, I promoted productive collaboration among the leadership team, the website vendor Butchershop, and SEO specialists. I coordinated weekly meetings and impromptu work sessions with Division Leads, oversaw a weekly end-of-week project status meeting with the president and division leads, managed vendors, and ensured project progress by maintaining clear communication through tools like Monday.com, SmartSheets, Google Sheets, and Miro. This approach improved workflows, tracked deliverables, and encouraged teamwork across departments at RStudio.
This strategic coordination not only enhanced efficiency but also fostered a culture of teamwork and innovation within RStudio. By facilitating open communication and streamlining processes, I was able to ensure that projects stayed on track and met deadlines. The collaborative efforts between the leadership team, Butchershop, and SEO specialists led to a seamless integration of ideas and resources, ultimately driving the company towards its goals.
