Collaborating with various teams, I set up infrastructure, managed project plans, and ensured a seamless workflow. In my role as a Technical Product Manager, I spearheaded the setup and deployment of a rebranded website and the implementation of a new Adobe Experience Manager CMS. Collaborating closely with management, Creative Services, Program Managers, and DevOps, I orchestrated the establishment of the infrastructure necessary for the successful deployment. This involved setting up the back-end support for various components such as AEM Sites, Digital Asset Management (DAM), AEM Mobile, AEM Forms, AEM Community, and AEM Cloud Services.

One of the key aspects of my role was to execute and manage the project plan effectively, enabling developers to efficiently create and launch dynamic content-led shopping experiences by leveraging the CMS and DAM capabilities of the Adobe Experience Manager. Additionally, I laid the groundwork for an intuitive admin dashboard and managed the process for built-in content staging, ensuring a seamless and streamlined workflow for all stakeholders involved in the project. My dedication to detail and collaboration with cross-functional teams played a vital role in the successful deployment and functionality of the rebranded website and CMS.

Throughout this project, I emphasized the importance of user experience and accessibility, ensuring that the website redesign not only looked visually appealing but also provided a seamless and engaging experience for all visitors. By focusing on responsive design and optimizing page load times, we aimed to enhance overall performance and user satisfaction. I also conducted user testing sessions to gather feedback and make necessary adjustments to improve the website’s usability and functionality.

In addition to the technical aspects of the project, I prioritized the training and support of team members to empower them with the knowledge and skills needed to effectively manage and maintain the new CMS platform. By organizing training sessions and providing comprehensive documentation, I facilitated a smooth transition to the Adobe Experience Manager, enabling the team to fully utilize its features and capabilities.
